You can also use your gift card to pay for purchases on groceries.asda.com and on George.com, simply add the gift card number and the PIN in the gift card section at check out. Any unused balance remains on the card until you spend it. You can spend the funds on the card in as many transactions as you like.

The card is valid for a period of two years from your last transaction. Therefore, we recommend you use your card every 6 months to keep the card active, even if you just check your balance.

Yes, you can top up your Asda gift card online, plus you can top up any Asda gift card or Christmas Savings Card at the checkout or the Customer Service Desk in your local store. Please make sure you register your Asda gift card on our website to protect your funds. Once your card is registered you will also be able to view your transactions and balance online.

The balance on your card cannot be exchanged for cash. The card would need to be spent in one of our stores or on George.com.

You can spend it in-store at any checkout type by showing it on your phone or bringing a print out. If using our self-scan checkouts, please select other payment types after you’ve scanned your shopping and choose gift card.

Yes! It’s very important you register your card on our website! If your Asda gift card is lost, faulty or stolen and your card is not registered, we will be unable to replace your card and the funds will have been lost. If your card is registered, you have the option to report your card as lost, faulty or stolen, check your balance and look at your transaction history.
