How does it work? Our Christmas Savings Card is really simple to use. It’s like a Christmas savings account or saving club that pays out a cash bonus come November, but with the added flexibility of being usable throughout the year. Setting money aside for Christmas can be tough - we want to make the process as easy as possible whilst rewarding customers for thinking ahead. To get started, order a card online or pick one up in store. Next, top up your card whenever you see fit; be it every few weeks, every month, or whenever fits your schedule. You can even set up automatic recurring payments, then you don’t have to worry about remembering to save. Learn more about topping up below. Do this throughout the year and the money will be there whenever you need it (it’s not just for Christmas). If you have any money on your card come November, we’ll give you a bonus! All of our rewards are cash bonuses, which are awarded each year in November. Make sure you’ve got enough on your card by then to qualify! The more you save, the better the bonus.

Adding money is simple. There’s a few different ways to do it: Online Easily top-up online from the comfort of your own home. Make sure you’re registered and have added your Christmas Savings Card to your account. Once you’ve logged in you’ll see a ‘top-up’ option next to your card. Just follow the instructions on screen and you’ll be topped up in minutes. You can do a one-off top up or set up a regular payment - the choice is yours. In-store You can top-up your card in store at any checkout (including Self-Scan and Scan & Go) or at a Customer Service Desk. You’ll need to have with you either your savings card or your key fob (we’ll send you one when you purchase a card).

As long as you’ve registered your card online, you’re covered! If you’ve lost your card or know that it’s been stolen, simply login into your account to cancel it. Once you’ve done this, the card will be locked and unusable. Both of your Parent/Student cards are linked to one account, so if you happened to lose one we would unfortunately need to disable both of them. We’ll send you a replacement card with any remaining balance you had at the time of cancelling the card. Please note, we can only send the replacement cards to a single nominated address. Make sure to register your new card once it arrives in the post – we can’t replace cards which are not associated with your online account.
